How it works
Book a free 15-minute chat to talk about what you need.
Have your initial consultation, where we get to the heart of what would help most.
Book follow-ups whenever you need them, with no commitment to a set number.
Using private medical insurance
I’m recognised by several private medical insurers. Cover, pre-authorisation and excesses vary, so please check with your insurer before booking a paid session. I’m happy to provide any information they need.
Booking and cancelling
All sessions are by secure video call, anywhere in the UK.
In-person sessions in the North East can be arranged on request.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Full booking terms are confirmed before your first paid session.
