You Don't Have to Do This Alone
You Might Not Call Yourself a "Carer" — You're Just Being There for Family.
When someone you love receives a cancer diagnosis, your world shifts overnight. Suddenly, you're managing appointments, decoding complex medical jargon, managing home care, and trying to stay strong for everyone around you.
Everyone asks, "How are they doing?" — but very few people stop to ask how you are doing.
Holding space for a loved one takes an immense physical, mental, and emotional toll. It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed, guilty for taking time for yourself, or terrified of what lies ahead. You don't have to carry the weight of this journey by yourself.
What Makes These Circles Different
Clinical Guidance Meets Practical Emotional Support
Unlike general support groups, our Caregiver Circles are designed and facilitated by a Specialist Oncology Nurse and Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) Practitioner. We bridge the gap between complex hospital care and your reality at home.
Evidence-Based Coping Tools
Practical CBC strategies to manage intrusive thoughts, racing "what-ifs," and caregiver anxiety.
Clinical Clarity
A safe space to ask the scary questions about cancer treatments, side effects, and hospital communication with a qualified nurse.
Guilt-Free Boundaries
Learn how to look after your own health and boundaries without feeling like you're letting your loved one down.
Pay-What-You-Can Model
Financial stress shouldn't stand between you and professional support. Our circles are accessible to everyone.

Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I'm Rachel
As a Specialist Oncology Nurse, I've spent years working alongside families navigating cancer care. I've seen firsthand that while medical teams focus on treating the patient, the family caregiver often gets left behind to manage the emotional fallout alone.
I created these Caregiver Circles to give you a dedicated, confidential space to catch your breath, process what you're going through, and build a toolkit to sustain you through the months ahead.
